Suspension corrrected threaded fork???

Hello Bike lovers !
I am in the process of trying to pick some suspension corrected forks to replace a not so great and very worn out cheap RST suspension fork on my 25 year old 700c city/light trekking bike.

The existing fork has an axel to crown of around 450mm and around 4-5mm rake.

I have spotted the SURLY OGRE forks with 468 mm axel to crown measurement. A decent fork by all accounts which I can also by here in Switzerland:

As far as I understand however these only come threadless 1 1/8. I have recently acquired a new headset (Shimano Deore XT HP-M741 1 1/8") which I was hoping to use. However this is a threaded headset.

Can the Surly Ogre threadless be threaded so I can use the headset ?
Alternatively what's another fork I could use ? Threaded suspension corrected forks are proving tricky to find.
