Looking for a lighter ride
Hi there,
I've been riding a Cannondale hybrid for years -- before lighter frames were as accessibly priced. Any advice on finding a lighter bike that isn't a road bike? I like the traction of slightly thicker tires. I often have my kids in the Chariot.

Bikes: Had an old Columbia in the 80's, here a used Schwinn hybrid, now a Cannondale Quick 3 and a Topstone 105..
If you like the Quick frame fit then have you looked at the Quick carbon? Same geometry but carbon frame should give you the lighter weight you are looking for. If Cannondale sizing is not to your liking Trek and Giant might be worth looking into depending on what you want fit wise.
