I bought my first hybrid...trek fx3.

I searched briefly and apologize if this has been asked and answered.

What lights is everyone using? Like for headlight and rear light. There are many on Amazon. Wanted to here from experienced riders.

I have a Niterider 750 Boost for the front and a discontinued Niterider Sabre 30. The new Sabre 80 is brighter. I am very happy with there function and durability. I do not ride at night and only use them as daytime safety lights. Although they both seem well suited for night time riding too.

I have the Asher led rechargeable rear light and EIIOPRO front light both from available on Amazon.

Great choice on the bike! I really like trek's Flare R lights.

My preference is solar lights. You just put them on the bike, and don't need to do anything else to them. They charge while you are out in the sunlight.

Get a strong light (700 or better) , and put it on the lowest setting, it will last a long time on a charge. I have a Cygolite Metro 700 which is too bright for oncoming riders/walkers in my opinion, but I put it on the lowest setting which is sufficient and I can get about 8+ hours on it, easily. Just a thought.
