Where to get a more solid piece like this?
HI
i have a norco yorkville hybrid and there is this piece that closes with the stress of the use i imagine. see the picture. i draw circle where some space appears and of course there is less space for the axel to get in out.
What is the name of tha piece and are there very solid pieces compatible on this bike that i can replace it with ? tx

That is a bolt-on derailleur hanger. If you know your model and year you should be able to contact Norco and they will either have a replacement or give you the part number. You may be able to find a replacement at Wheels Manufacturing...

After looking at this again...See if the allen head bolt at the top of the hanger needs to be tightened. It could be coming loose from use. If that in fact is the problem be sure to try a little blue lock-tite on the threads to ensure a tight fit.

What is sticking out past that derailleur hanger? It looks like a shaft, possibly with a coil spring on it, possibly with an internal hex key at the end of the shaft? It does not look like the end of a typical quick release axle.

I was wondering the same thing but I decided not to go there. I've checked Norco's website and they definitely came with conventional QR. Maybe somewhere along the line someone used too long of a skewer and added a bunch of washers or a spring? I can't really tell from that picture.
