Multi track 700

I have a 96 or 97 multi track 700 and the cranks got tight over the winter. Ordered the puller tool and found it to be ball bearings. Is there a cartridge I can replace with instead?

Yeah, but these two systems use different tools. So you need cup and cone tools for the BB you have, then a splined BB tool for the new one. If you just buy the first set of tools, you can overhaul the one you already have. If you go with BBUN55, the first set of tools you bought have no purpose anymore.
