Which Cannondale?

Hi I'm looking to get a bike for mainly family rides with our 2 year old who'll be in a seat on the back of the husbands bike. I've been looking at the Cannondale bikes, specially the Quick, Quick CX & Remixte but not sure which would be best. I want something that will be comfortable to ride due to back problems but that we can do a few miles in, possibly a little bit rougher toads, ie woods, nothing too hard. Any suggestions please on which is a good one to go for. Thanks

Bikes: More bikes than riders

Have you considered a Cannondale Treadwell? They have low-step and standard frame options and come with 584mm wheels (also commonly called "650b" or "27.5 inches"). The tires are much thicker (47mm) than on most standard hybrid bikes which will add comfort and stability to your ride, especially if you ride on a lot of mixed surfaces.

I'd actually been looking at this yesterday after posting this. Went on Cannondale website & this one came up. Going to a bike shop today now they've finally opened up so I can have a look properly rather than just online & try them out to see what's feels comfortable

I love my Quick 5, but don't think it's for you with back problems and looking for comfort. It has 35mm tires and it can give a pretty stiff ride on rough stuff. I was looking at upgrading to a Sirrus, but decided just to get another mountain bike and keep the Cannondale.

Where are you located?
Do you actually have any of the bikes in stock?
Quick is definitely not a bike for rougher stuff. It is a fitness hybrid, closer to a road bike. I have it's equivalent, and it is really just a road bike with flat bar.
