Both these bikes look great. The Sirrus seems to look at home when converted.

it costed me about 400 euro for a campagnolo veloce 2012 groupset without the brakes (you cant install caliper brakes in sirrus but you can install mini v-brakes, they work fine with the campagnolo shifters) and 200 euro for campagnolo scirroco wheels

We had a $500 voucher to a local bike shop and I purchased the Sirrus, but really wanted a bike with drop bars. I've taken it on several long rides and have really enjoyed it but would like to do the conversion. I would have bought a bike with drop bars, but they all started at $1000 and this was only $479. I have the 2015 model and want to know if anyone has some links to amazon on what exactly I need to buy to do the conversion. I tried to look up some of the stuff but couldn't find it all. Also, I'd rather have Brifiters than bar end shifters. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Been looking into do the conversion on my Sirrus as well. Just upgraded my road bike crank so I'd like to switch my old crank over and update the bike to a 2x10 drivetrain with 105 levers and components but still use the existing brakes. I don't think I'll run into any problems other than trying to find some sweet deals on parts!

Did a great deal of research on this and just have info to pass on for those that considering.
Your stem length reduction is 20 mm for the reach to be equivalent to the Allez and 80 for a Robaix type geometry. Everything else is very close. I used a 90 and am very satisfied. Geometrically I am balanced between upper and lower body which makes it easy to fit frames even though I'm 6'3". Most people have a longer torso or longer legs so maybe take 10mm off if you have a short torso or add 10mm if you have a long torso.
