Thanks...when I was riding past that little pond, I couldn't believe the blue, so I had to take a pic. The roof was strange as the colour was a little dark and I admit I played with the exposure to get it brighter. Maybe too much.

I rode Lookout Mountain in Golden, CO for the first time today. It was really cold, as you can see by the frozen trees. No, that's not snow. That's actual ice.

Well, fall is falling here. The colors are beginning to show. I should have better pictures in the coming weeks.

Till then, here's my bike in front of the Wood River museum, right next to the Wood River Madison County Transit Station.

(P.S. Is it really okay to tow the bike on the FLAT tire?
)

A pic from my last ride. This church built sometime during the 1800's sits on a mountain peak, during winter is usually obscured by fog or clouds.
To the right of picture is Cork Screw Road, a narrow zig zaging road with hair pin turns up to here, it's going to be used for the first time in early next years TourDownUnder, surely they'll say a bit about it's history during the telecast.

I fell in love with this bike as soon as I saw it (how freekin' good does it look?!!!!) and took it for a test ride. Unfortunately it was all show and no go. Handled bad and not smooth around corners. It proved to me that my old BadBoy is still the Duck's Guts.

Maybe with a few changes to the stem, bar and seat post along with a slightly bigger frame (it was S size) I would have been more comfortable with it.
The forks and headset area sucked me in along with the red and maroon paint.
The worst bike I rode there was a Kona 29er single speed. It too looked hot (bare metal with clear coat) BUT was crappy to ride in a big way for me.

Here are all the good or noteworthy pics I've taken recently:
Went Geocaching! (google it)

Saw this opportunity to show off my iPhone 5's amazing macro photo capabilities!

Bird's eye view of part of the local MUP.

Another amazing macro shot!

..and another!

Some more of the MUP with Fall in the air!

My dad's Honda CR-V got rear ended by a brand new Mitsubishi Lancer (still had temporary plates!). My dad's trunk door will not open, but the spare tire on the rar of his car took most of the impact. I don't have a picture of my dad's car.

Some pics of the road to Golden, CO (most of you probably know this as the location of Coors Brewery):
