Trek 7.5 FX 11 - Mudgards and panier rack
Hi Al,
I have been enjoying my bike since may but I wanted to get ready for the winter for a more commuting asset.
I wanted to fit a mudguard and I heard the SKS Race Blade Mudguards are not bad. What do you think? I can't figure out the dimension, is it the 700 x 18-23c or 700 x 23-32c the Do you have other suggestions?
As for the pannier racks I am totally in the dark, can somebody lighten me?
Thanks

What size tire do you have on your bike? The diameter is 700. if your tire width is between 18 and 23, use that. If it's between 23 and 32, that the one to use. The tire size is molded into the side of the tire.

I installed a set of Planet Bike fenders on my 2011 Trek 7.5 FX. Even though the tires are on 32 wide, I went w/the hybrid/touring model, listed at 45mm. I got them installed w/out incident on the rear, but did need a bit of help from the LBS installing the front. hth.
