I currently own a 2015 Trek 7.3 FX and a 2014 Kona Blast HT. I just got back into riding so I've bought and sold a couple other bikes over the past 6 months to find what I like and the kind of riding I like. Others were a 2014 Trek 8.3 DS (sold) 2014 Trek Stache 6 (sold) and a 2014 Trek 1.5. (sold).
I will be selling the Kona and purchasing a 2015 Trek SuperFly FS 7 in Orange. That will be it for me.....the 7.3 for the street, camping and exercise. The SuperFly 7 to ride local off-road trails. I have 2 of the best three trail systems in Florida within 15 minutes of my house. The last pic is a 2015 WSD Trek 7.2 FX I just picked up for my daughter.
Above are my currently owned. Below are prior and my daughters white FX 7.2. Why so much Trek. I have a great local shop with an owner that just plain rocks and takes care of people.
Here it is converted to 1X10. I'll never do that again.

Bought 3 months ago and just arrived (I knew it would take that long from the start) Well packaged I cant speak for the bearings yet but looks top quality unlike my last 29er frame.

Seeing this smooth satin black, no branding, gorgeous carbon frame almost makes me want to go the same route the next time I buy a bike.

It's a rolling chassis with just the headset fork crank and wheels. Need to buy a few things but I'm in no hurry coz I see mtbing as a winter sport.
No branding on it but it's actually a Carbonal Titan. Definitely one of china's better frame makers quality looks 1st class.

When I got back into riding the Trek DS 8.4 was perfect for my needs. Around here there's so many tracks and trails. So when I was looking at a drop bar what made the most sense ? A cyclocross Found a second hand 2012 Ridley X-Bow and it's perfect for what I want. Do a highway ride then do a quick gravel loop around a dam then back on the highway again. It's more comfortable for longer road rides but not quite as comfortable on a dirt track/trail. The opposite of the DS Thinking of a new gravel grinder next, probably a Specialized Diverge at this point in time.
You get some funny looks from the MTB crews riding this along the trails

@giantcfr1 I've found if water dries on it it leaves oxidization marks and it's to much work to polish the whole frame so I'm going to clear coat it, also have a full decal set to go on.
