How did this happen!

When I started this it was just to get out and ride with my son and to help drop some extra pounds. I'm now in possession of a buddies road bike that I'm seriously considering purchasing. When will the madness end...

What frightens me is I want to start assembling then according to whim. I don't need to pay no stinking rent.

Just tell yourself you need the bike to keep the extra weight off. Exercise is good; buy the bike! You know it fits and you like it, right? What could be better?

I know exactly where you are coming from since I live in the same city as you do.

It's a great time to be into biking, with all the new trails and Greenways there is more places to ride than ever before.

We can owe this to having some forward looking city officials elected several years back that had the insight of what a city like ours needed to stay abreast of the future and the role biking would take in our lives.

We still have a ways to go, but it is amazing at the changes that have just come about in the recent past, and with more and more people getting out and enjoying our great weather and beautiful city it can only grow and get better.

Feed the addiction and keep on riding!

It's much like that here in Henderson, un-like Las Vegas, was extremely forward thinking in this regard. Now bike trails are popping up everywhere. I've been hiking and backpacking for years. One day I was just looking at a new trail that just opened and thought to myself, "I am damned proud of what my town is doing to clean itself up." And I had no inclination for riding bikes when it just struck me, "Igo, why don't you just get a bike and try out the fun?" Two days later I had my first road bike in 30 years and I've been going at it every since. I started commuting within days of that. Monday I ride the River Mountain Trail. If ever in Vegas, miss the casinos and ride the RMT. I am so lucky to live where I live.
