https://www.thebikedr.com/City-Bikes/...e-2011-st.html
Pros: price, steel frame
Cons: medium might be too big for me? although, the step though allows plenty of clearence when stopped

https://capsbicycleshop.com/product/1...ropez-1931.htm
Pros: looks cooler
Cons: the frame I think is aluminum, but the fork is steel- is this a fair compramise allowing for a smoother ride, as an all-steel frame would?

Humm, the frame material description on the Devinci seems very vage, Alum. frame/cro-mo steel fork is a nice combo, I ride a 2011 Jamis Allegro 1 with that combo, the Devinci seems more like my wife's KHS Vitamin A, fitness bike in style where the KHS Uban Xcape seems more like a "city commuter". IF your just doing commuting and errands with short rides, I'd go with the KHS, "IF" it acutally FITS YOU!! If your looking to maybe get out for some longer recreational riders or overnighters, the Devinci would be my pick, again "IF" it FITS YOU!! If you get a bike that doesn't FIT you, YOU will HATE it, jmho, ymmv. The Devinci only showed XL and XS sizes so I'd want to have them FIT me in person. Good Luck and whatever you choose ENJOY!
