Cannondale Bad Boy 9 vs Quick 4

Hi all, I've narrowed down my new hybrid choice down to these 2. I like the Specialized Sirrus as well but like the looks of the Cannondales a touch more.

The Bad Boy is £20 more than The Quick 4 so price is not any issue. What's the best!?

I like the look of the slick tires on the Bad Boy and I presume it's faster?

Any help much appreciated...

The Quick 4 has cf fork blades while the Bad Boy 9 has a fatty rigid fork. I don't really know what a fatty rigid fork is, but it looks pretty bad azz! I'd take that Bad Boy 9 any day of the week over practically any other hybrid near its price point.

And why would that be, precisely? Because it looks "bad azz"? You've ridden them all, and consequently have a rational basis for a comparative assessment?

Have you ever found yourself instantly attracted to someone, apparently for no rational reason you can think of? That's how I'm taken by the Bad Boy 9!

If the Bad Boy 9 was a woman and I was single, I'd marry her. If I was already married, I cheat!

I've never encountered a bike my size that I couldn't make personally comfortable.

In life, everything doesn't necessarily have to have a rationale. Some things are what they are, and we have to accept them as a part of life, just the way they're presented. That's whether we understand them or not!

Bottom line: I just like the Bad Boy 9. I have no real explanation.
