Bar ends 101
I would like to get some bar ends for my Kona Splice crosstrail bike, and know nothing about them. What are good ones to get? Do they go on over the rubber handlebar grip or will the grip have to be cut?
Also how do you go about attaching a handle bar mounted mirror to bar ends?
Thanks

The guy at the shop told me, tap around the end of the grip with a hammer and it will cut the end of the grip perfectly for you to slide it further in on the handlebar. Worked perfectly for me. This would be for non-integrated bar ends that you add to existing grip and handlebar.

As long as you have bar ends what ever brand they may be in my opinion there a must have item on flat bar bikes. The extra hand positions and being able to hold on to them standing while pedaling is a must.
