New to Cycling
Hi all new to this forum, I am looking to get a Hybrid Bike as wishing to get into cycling. I am a larger person and am looking for a bike which will be able to take me down light gravel tracks but mainly for road use. I want to use it to get "fit" and hope to take part in cycling events such as L2B. Would anyone be able to suggest a Hybrid bike for £350 or below. Thanks in advance.

I love the 2011 Trek 7.3 FX I bought used before this season. I put on 35 mm tires instead of the 32 mm it came with because I ride a lot of gravel. I weigh about 147 kg, so I would qualify as super-sized, and the bike does well for me. It rolls very well, and seems to absorb the bumps and road buzz pretty well.

230 pounds (104 kilo's) here when I started on my Fuji Absolute I picked up for WELL under your budget. Seems to do well for me. Welcome, and good luck!
