Garmin Neo Bike Issue/Fix

My Neo Bike developed a loose crank on the left side. I checked for a solution but found none, so I called Garmin. The took down the serial, asked how long I've had it, and promptly shipped a replacement for no charge. They even paid for shipping. I'm posting for two reasons: if you have the same bike and it develops that issue, it's a production issue you can't fix. Secondly, call Garmin. Their customer service is top-notch.

Just the body,. I had to swap over the bars, pedals, and seat rail. but yeah, mostly an entire new bike.
