Oldie but Newbie
Happily retired. Rushing to have as much fun as I can before they put me in the dirt. I have a Service Dog that needs more exercise, not to mention, it might be good for me. Bike not yet acquired. Doing research on best options. 64 but moderately active. I want to enjoy this. If it isn't fun, I won't do it. Haven't ever had a bike that was more than $100. So looking at comfort bikes is causing sticker shock. Live in far western Georgia, right off I-20. I just want to enjoy riding around home, and using a local greenbelt.

Where abouts? Carrolton? The Silver Comet Trail isn't too far from you. Let us know what bike you get. Have fun.

Bremen. 12 mi north of Carrollton, and about 20 south of Cedartown.
trying to do enough research so I will find biking fun. It was fun when I was a kid. It was not fun 10 years ago on a Walmart special.
it is my hope that quality will recapture the fun.
