Bikes: 2004 Cannondale CAAD5 R700 and a 2005 Litespeed Vortex

Hello From Teaneck...

...NJ. Ive been cycling since I was 8 yo. I'm now 67 and still loving the ride. I ride a 2004 Cannondale, CAAD5 machine, the R700, upgraded with an Ultegra compact double, 11-28 rear cassette. My second ride is a factory, custom built 2005 Litespeed Vortex, with a Dura Ace compact double up front, 11-25 rear cassette. No Di2 for me on either ride. I prefer the feel of mechanical shifting.
I love the open road, though admittedly it has become more and more of a challenge to stay up on 2 wheels. Looking to do a tour this summer...thinking the Adirondacks or a west coast event.
Be safe...

Howdy and welcome aboard!

I used to live in Ridgefield Park(Teaneck Rd.) then moved to Hudson county, West New York.
Always enjoyed riding up River rd. and/or 9W to Rockland county and beyond:
