Another hello from Germany

Hi everyone out there.
I'm English but have lived in Germany for the past 25 years. I raced for 6 years, from 1964-1970, but then drifted away from biking. Then, in 1997, I had a heart attack. Believe me, it does focus the mind :-)
I survived it and bought a bike. Since then I've been riding to work every day, am doing regular 60-80 mile rides, and I'm healthier, and lighter (!) now than I have been for years.
I've caught up with the modern technology, can strip and rebuild all of my bikes - without having any parts over! Well, not many ;-)
Keep riding, folks - it's a life-saver :-))

A bit south of Frankfurt. Munich is great
We used to live there before we came here in '94.
How long have you been there?

From: Pittsburgh, PA. USA

Bikes: A brand new Trek cyclocross and a very old Schwinn road bike with a long interesting history. Ask me if you want to hear the whole story.

Hallo, Grm,
I have a friend in Frankfurt am Main. Germany is a beautiful place. Happy riding !!
