I'm in PA, I had a 2016 Specalized Crosstrail until someone stole it from me. So until I can save up to get another bike a co-worker gifted me his older Diamondback Sorrento SE (late 90's I think)

Sorry to hear about the bike.

Sad when my car was stolen.

It's not a fun feeling when you were like.. Well thanks person for taking my property.

Sorry about your car!

I'm interested in swapping out my grip shifters to "Speed shifters", "Trigger shifters" (not sure what the proper term is) as my first project. Could anyone point me in a direction to start?

Thanks in advance!

I feel for ya, my friend just had her bike stolen last week...not a great feeling at all.

There's a mechanics forum that might be able to help you out with the shifter swap.

I'd also suggest the General and Commuter forums, although, they might not be as on-topic as the mechanics forum for your needs.

Welcome to Bike Forums. The General Cycling forum and the Bicycle Mechanics forum might be a good place to start.
