Ross Gran Tour II

Hi

Im new to the forum and live in the UK. Im also new to cycling so i need some help please.

Having just inherited a bike from my brother-in-law for my son to use at uni, i have discovered that one of the the dropouts has snapped off from the front forks which i assume as they are cast, are not repairable. The bike is a Ross Gran Tour II and whilst 'vintage' and probably not worth much, its a free bike that my son wanted as he only wanted something old and retro. So i thought i may try and see if anyone would know where i may get my hands on a replacement pair of Ross forks or whether something else might fit. If i cant find help here i will see if my local bike repair shop can help.

As i say, its a Ross Gran Tour II, wheels are 27 x 1 1/4.

Any help is appreciated. Photos attached...

Good luck.

Welcome. Based on the age of the bike, I suggest asking your question in our Classic & Vintage forum. Classic & Vintage - Bike Forums
