Hi! I haven't ridden in over 20 years but due to a ski injury 2 years ago (MCL and PCL tears), I was forced into giving up running for the time being. So, a few weeks ago I purchased a Fuji Ace and here I am. I haven't done much in the line of excercise in the last 7 months and haven't been on a bicycle on over 20 years. I've been enjoying very short rides in my home area in Connecticut trying to work the small hills (no way around them). I've been vacationing in New Jersey at my brothers house with my mom where it is completely flat and riding everyday except one. Someone from the Runner's World forums mentioned this forum so I thought I'd check it out. So, Hi!
