I have been biking for health benefits for a few decades now, bought a touring bike a few years ago with the thought that I would bike across the country after I retire. I'm retired and back in the saddle training for a few short tours this summer.

Excellent, RustyJ. I would imagine that you'll be spending time in the Commuting - Bike Forums forum!

Welcome to Bike Forums. Stop by the 50+ forum and say hello to the other retired "old folks". I hang out there. I'm 72.
