Hello
I'm a daily commuter living car free. Used to ride a nishiki hybrid, then a merax road bike. Recently upgraded to a trek crossrip 1. I ride streets and local canal trails everyday. I've never drove a motor vehicle before lol. I was never into bikes till I saw people online commuting, living car free, traveling across country, etc. with bikes. Thought it was insane, but also thought "That's so cool you can do that with a bike" :O . Some crazy part in my mind who hadn't ridden a bike in years said "I want to do that, I don't want a car." Family didn't take it seriously acting like I need to get a car and act like a "real" adult. But it's been a few years and everyone knows and accepts me as the weird cyclist. My sis even wants me to be the one to teach her daughter how to ride a bike when the time comes. I love it. I'll never stop. Looking to ride my first century in the next few months
