Hello Everyone! Donna Here
I am a virtual assistant and just started cycling for focusing on my health & fitness so, I would consider myself as a beginner. I would require a lot of inspiration and tips because I know how lazy I am when it comes to workout😅.
Cheers & love to every community member 😍

Welcome Donna! Where are you located? Some places have good cycling clubs that can help encourage you to ride.

Cycling isn't a workout. It's a pleasureout.
Just ride and smile.
You get more comfortable and build endurance over time.

What Wildwood said. Cycling should be enjoyable. Fitness is a byproduct.

Welcome! I find that riding is much easier than grinding away at the gym. Plus you will meet a lot of really nice people on group rides.

Where are you located? If motivation is an issue for you I suggest finding cycling friends and/or join a local club.
