Hello!

Hello everybody. I'm in NYC where there aren't many trails to ride my Specialized Rockhopper so I'm often on roads with it.

My bike matches many features of the 2006 model except it is 8 cog/speed with 33 teeth. I'm trying to figure out which model I have so I can buy the correct cassette for a Direto I purchased moments ago--I was hoping for some kind of black friday sale today but no dice. At least the price seems to be lower than in the past.

Along with my keto diet, I'm looking forward to having the healthiest winter I can.

Welcome to the forums! I'm relatively new here myself and am enjoying going through olds posts. There are a lot of informative people here and I've learned a lot. Old dogs can learn new tricks.

Welcome to Bike forums! There are a lot of us who don't have access to dirt trails but do own mountain bikes in the city. I call it "urban mountain biking" hahahaha!

Good to hear you say that. I'm sure that you can contribute a lot of information to newbies as well. Welcome to Bike Forums!
