A couple of years ago I moved from NY to NJ and now I want to find a new hobbie like .... bike riding!?
I'm a newbie so I'm here for some help/advise.

Most important, get a bike that fits you and the kind or riding you intend to do. Buy a quality bike, not necessarily expensive. A local bike shop is probably best for a new rider that does not know much about bikes, fit and maintenance. Get something in your budget with whatever accessories you think you will need, not what a sales rep wants you to buy. Ease into the riding and build your endurance. Stick with it!
