Hello to the BF universe
Hey there everyone.
After hiding in the shadows for years and years on this site, I finally made a profile. I don't often do "intros" but wth. This is my only social media presence, which is just fine with me.
I live in Oakland, CA, and I guess I can say I "started" riding when I bought my first real road bike in the mid-2000s.
80's Japanese steel seems to be my thing...as I have an '87 Panasonic PT-3500 and an '83 Shogun 300...also a beloved 1985 Fuji League on the disabled list, unfortunately. I like working on my own stuff.
I enjoy long solitary rides when no one on earth is around. Preferably Sundays with beer at the end.
Middle aged weirdo into punk/jazz noise with no kids therefore I spend all my money on bike parts. I'm often perusing CL and Ebay for old beat-up cycling treasures.
Etc etc etc.
Thanks for existing.
