titanium bikes for heavy riders

hi,

Just keen to hear what people know about weight limits on titanium road bikes compared to carbon.

Currently ride canyon on the seat post weight limit, and looking at a titanium option down the track

Hope you can help.

Welcome, I have a road titanium bike, but I am not knowledgeable enough to answer your question. Keep in mind that wheels and tires also have weight limitations. If you are a big/heavy person, you definitely want solid built wheels. There are touring titanium bikes. They are generally pretty sturdy to handle the weight and stress they have put on them.

I can tell you that I really like my titanium road, Airborne Zeppelin, light, fast, responsive and very comfortable.
