Hello from an old guy getting back into it
Hello Gang,
Name is Frank and I retired 2 months ago and decided it was time to get back in the saddle. I'm in pretty fit shape as I do Crossfit 4-5 time's per week but my bike legs are suspect for sure. I just broke out my 1987 Cannondale SR500 that I bought in October of 1986 when i first started doing triathlons. Bike is in pretty damn good shape as I put new tires on it and its always been inside. Looking forward to re-learning about this Sport again.
Cheers!
Frank

I put 10 miles on it today. Tracked well. Index shifting is still pretty dialed it. Need to do some rear brake adjustment but other than that it rolled good. Forgot how rigid Those frames are. But all in all I had a lot of fun.
