Nope but me and the roomie converted our tiny dining room into the apartment workshop. We always have to eat on the couch but everything is in good repair. :lol:

I'm also in Texas (College Station). TAMU is a great place to ride, if you ever get lost and find yourself here.

It's pretty nice but no substitute for a garage. Definitely limited by what we can manage to haul up the stairs.
