Nope but me and the roomie converted our tiny dining room into the apartment workshop. We always have to eat on the couch but everything is in good repair.

I'm also in Texas (College Station). TAMU is a great place to ride, if you ever get lost and find yourself here.

Whoop!

It's pretty nice but no substitute for a garage. Definitely limited by what we can manage to haul up the stairs.
