Learning from Scratch, Florence S.C.

HI! I am a 40 year young mother who just started riding a couple of months ago for fitness. I have a diamond back outloook mountain bike that I ride mainly on the road. I am saving for a much better bike but wanted to find out how to make this one as comfortable as possible while I ride it. But i can't seem to get my set up right. Either my between my shoulder blades burn, my lower back or my arms. But atleast never at the same time.Is there such a way for me to figure my seat height, handlebar size, etc.... ? I am only riding 10 miles a day but I could go further if I were more comfortable. Any suggestions until I can get a new one? Thanks, LFS40
