hello just signed up, I'm an old guy, I've just got into bicycles again after eons, have ridden MC's for years, but all my arthritic joints caused me to stop doing that & most other stuff, but I'm had a new shoulder * a new knee installed, plus back surgery in the last 3 years, so have done a bunch of physical therapy (indoors) so now I'm doing some outdoors, I have a couple modern bikes & recently dragged my old (now rusty)Ross Central Park out of the weed patch/scrap heap & have it rolling again, big fun ! 😆
