Older rider. Took up cycling again in 2006 to complete a bucket list item of Biking Across Kansas (BAK) in 2007. Gave up diamond frames after that and switched to recumbents. Had a FlevoRacer for 2-3 years and then bought a Cruzbike Sofrider. Bought a Cruzbike S30 in 2016 in preparation of doing BAK again. Now have done that 4 times, last 3 on recumbents.
Now volunteer at a non profit bike repair shop. Recently picked up an old titanium frame which I think is a Merlin that I will refurbish for a grandson.
