can't confirm email on endless-sphere forum

can't confirm email on endless-sphere forum
I'm just an e-bike enthusiast, trying to join the bike communities and learn what I can about my new hobby. At first I couldn't join this group because I couldn't receive the confirmation email. I was able to contact an admin here and report it and I am very grateful to Katherine Chen for sorting the problem out!
But the same problem is going on in the other group - endless sphere! No matter how thoroughly I check my Spam folder etc. I can't receive the confirmation email! There's no way to contact the admins either (until I respond to the confirmation email). That, my friends, is a bone-fide 'catch22' situation!
I see that people have posted this problem to this forum in the past. Is anyone reading this able to contact an 'endless sphere admin' on my behalf? Is anyone already an actual admin. Can you help me please? I don't know what can be done, but I'd be really grateful if it was done!

Appears to be all things e; bikes, scooters, e-motorcycles, ATVs, etc.
No email reception sounds quite strange. I'd check with the email provider and the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to see if either have restrictions or filters.
