Hello from Central Canada
Just bought a brand new bike. Wanting to get back into the groove. Have to wait for the weather to ease up a bit here though, not a hug fan of -25 celcius riding

Welcome to the forums, Moineau! If you don't like winter riding you should check out the world of online cycling apps like Zwift, etc. It helps with staying in shape year-round and it isn't as boring as it sounds. Look forward to seeing your name pop up in the various forums.

Welcome, from SE Wisconsin!
I find I don't get the winter blues any more, since I started cycling year-round. (and taking Vitamin D over the winter)
Enjoy your stay!

congrats and welcome! Getting started riding in Central Canada must be exciting, especially with all the scenery around. When I joined cycling communities, I spent a lot of time figuring out gear and clothing that actually worked for my rides. I once picked up some apparel from a store similar to fanatics, mostly because I wanted something comfortable for longer sessions. The learning curve is part of the fun though. Local route recommendations help more than anything else.
