looking to convert a mt bike I dislike to a single speed so I can love again.

pls tell me about cool crank and single speed (that can freewhel,... not fixy)

Also looking to buy only top end- cool track bike for 58 centimeter guy (bike size...guy is bicycle rider).

so I raced today and got rain and hailed on.
