Hello From PA

Hey, joined up a couple of weeks ago. I live and ride in the Hershey, PA area. Mainly riding road these days, but do some mountain with friends also. I ride a blue/black '80 something Raleigh Technium (road) and a blue/gray Gary Fisher Tarpon (mountain) along with a smattering of relics collectied from friends and garage sales. My favorite area to ride is Southeast of Middletown along the river and TMI. I also commute to work on the Raleigh if the weather is nice.

Greetings rover. I used to live in Lancaster, and an exgirlfriend of mine worked at MHS. It's a beautiful area, and great for bike riding. I hope you enjoy the forums!

Camp Hill

I live in Camp Hill. I usually ride on the GreenBelt, and sometimes I ride The Stony Creek Railroad Bed. It's been raining lately so I haven't been out thiseekend. Hope to see you on the trails.

Lovely area. I lived in Palmyra many years ago.
Do the cows around TMI still have two heads?

Welcome. That’s a great place to ride. I too can see the steaming TMI towers when I cross the Harvey-Taylor.

Hey, thanks for all the love. Yeah, love the area for riding. I hike Stony Valley all the time in the fall, awesome area. No, the cows by TMI don't have two heads anymore, but I'm hoping to absorb some super powers. Hope to run into some of you out there!

PSP Centennial Ride

Anyone who wants to see how beautiful it is in Hershey, Saturday 4/29 the PA State Police are having a show and go 100K starting at Hershey Golf Course - Parkview. One 1/2 metric goes to Indiantown Gap and the other to Mt. Gretna. I rode it last year for their 100th anniversary and they billed it as slightly rolling - anyone do Mt. Gretna and question their slightly rolling? Info at www.pspmetriccentury.com.
