Hi folks, I've been reading these threads for a while, now. Gotten a lot of entertainment and good info from them, so I thought that I would join up.
At 47 yo, I'm a lifelong bicyclist and motorcyclist living in Minneapolis, love to be on two wheels and would just as soon wrench as ride. My interests are all over: classic and vintage, mountain, road, mechanics, tandems, winter, family, Brooks saddles on a couple of my bikes, etc.
Currently have a mid '70s Maruishi Emperor (restored from found junk), early '80s Fuji Club w/105 8 speed for the road, '95 Trek 6500 aluminum mountain bike (everything replaced and upgraded as I trashed it), late '60s Schwinn Twinn tandem with 2 speed kick back (also restored from found junk) that I ride with my son. He is 16 and has Down Syndome, not quite able to balance his ownbike yet, so we've borrowed a Phat Cycles Limo tandem, 7 speed grip shift, from his mom (we're divorced) to ride the MS150 for the second time together. This will be my 13th time on the 150.
Happy to be here,
Tim

Unique Vintage Steel
Welcome to the posting side of BF's. I only lurked for a week before I had a question that I really needed answering and couldn't find through a search. You've got a nice collection there.
