Glad I found this place...I'm getting back into riding after a little break. I'll be moving to San Diego later this summer so I thought I'd get my bikes ready again, and clean out the garage. I have a Bridgestone MB1 that I bought about 13 years ago, a Cannondale Delta V1000, for the road I have a Pinarello Gavia that I'm cleaning up/rebuilding, and an Ochsner frame that I can't bear to part with. Same with the MB1. It still has the original frame/fork, but everything else has been upgraded ( to some degree, I still use XT thumbshifters). Some people give me the thumbs up when they see the old MB1, but some of the younger riders ask why I bother upgrading an old rigid frame. I rode it on the 24 Hours of Canaan several years ago, there were quite a few people there who still remembered what the bike was. Anyway, looking forward to getting back on the road.
