My very good friend Dr. Sugi has suggested that I take up cycling. Well here I am. Go easy on me I have not biked in years.

Thanks. Just got back from 4 hours of riding. I feel great, but I know that tomorrow I will be cursing you both. Just kidding. No pain, no gain. Right? Dr. Sugi, I may require a treatment.
