help me

Hello!
I live in New-York. I am a typical American. I have a horrible problem. Many people in America suffer \from this problem too.
The problem is big weight. I dont want to talk about it, but i cannot take any longer. I ask anyone who knows some ways of loosing weight. Help me! If
something has helped you, tell me about it. If you do not help me ,i will die!
Today i told to my girlfriend that I love her .And she spoke a lot of uncomplimentary words about my weight.
This message is posted not only in this forum. You can find it everywhere. I am down and out.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Andrew, drop by our Clydesdale forunm, we have an active weight loss group there. Been there and done it myself, by the way! I dropped 359 pounds in the last 19 months. Went from 581- 232 lbs!
