Hi, folks!
I'm a bike tech/service manager in Cleveland ,OH. A former Cat. 3, and Mtn. bike racer, now just a half-fast recreational type. I'm 50 years young, ride a Soma Smoothie named Eyre. Usually ride about 4,000 miles a year, last year half that, as I got married this July, and have been spending a lot of time with my bride. She understands how important cycling is to me for health, my work, etc. so I got the green light to ride more as soon as the salt and slush is off the roads. I,m also saving up for a cyclocrosser this year!
Anyways, just want to intro myself. ride lots, ride safe!

Hello 4130gibson, it's good to have one's spouse understand about the passion for cycling, saves on a lot of trouble down the road

Yes, we have one, but my wife only rides 5 or 6 times a season... usually10-15 mi. she much prefers walking. We have a 2 yr.old Trek T-900, it's a porker, but was cheap with employee discount, and I get a great workout, so it serves the purpose.
Thanks for the welcome, guys! Sring is near!!
