Welcome Kysersose
A thread about locks would most likely get the best, most comprehensive answers in our General Cycling Discussion forum.
However, you may want to take AndrewP's suggestion and do a search first and you may find some great advice.
It's nice to have a new member from the home of the greatest bike race on earth.

That is a lovely bicycle, kysersose! I have never seen the admonition "Restriction d'usage : ne pas laver au jet d'eau haute pression." as part of a warranty before
.
No, there are no perfect locks, although there are some very strong locks
.
I don't know how many other members live in Lyon, but I am certain that at least a few have been through Lyon. I know that I would like to visit Lyon one day...

Just make certain that if you make it to the US that you do it legally, all right
?
Don't want a fellow cyclist getting booted out of the country for being overly enthusiastic...
