Salud! Tucson.

Hello Everybody, (rather, the few of you who'll read this)

My name is Donal and I'm a tourist.

I'm currently living in Tucson, Arizona and hitting up the famous B.I.C.A.S. whenever possible. I'm the tall, skinny, dirty guy with dreads and a constant grin.

I'm big into touring and am just putting the finishing touches on my touring/commuter/homelss home bike, a 80s Peugeot mountain bike. I also have my Trek 4500 that I've put in over 3000 miles on, my favorite 2k being the coastline from Vancouver to Tijuana. My buddy also gave me his '69 Fuji Sports 12, he's been the only owner. I'm a big fan.

Well, my goal here is to help people learn from my mistakes, and to encourage y'all to go for that long ride!

Peace,
-Donal

Hello Donal, have you got any photos of the t/c/h bike? If you've got time and a camera, perhaps you could post some photos of the Peugeot and the Fuji in the Classic & Vintage forum. There's a running thread in C & V for Fujis, and BF member T-Mar would sure like to get the information for that early Fuji .

What kind of mistakes have you made?

Welcome (a bit late) to BF!

East Hill

life is all about the mistakes. it's what you do with them when they're done. learn, grow, teach...

anyways. pictures? yes I do like pictures.

I think that you and I would get along fine... if you're in the corvallis area ever, you could contact me on here and at least have one friendly soul to talk to. (me loves discussions)
