hey to all
Hey to all....I have just joined, for a couple of of reasons...to get advice from all of you experts out there!...and also fill in my so called social life, as I am too busy with training to go out and make new friends ! I am so into triathlons at the moment...probably a mid life crisis (all of 38yrs old). .....have posted a thread on the triathlon site if you wanna read further !
