Hello Hello Hello
Hello fellow forum boarders.
I have joined because I could not find a cycling discussion board on Ebay where I seem to spend most of my time.
I am a lifelong Auto glass tech that has spent a lifetime looking for alternative careers.
Not very successfully I will add! In my life search I have become a multi-hobby creature to the ENTH degree! My wife is SOOO! distressed that I have found a new one(cycling)
I am relatively new to road bike cycling and look to do some real riding this spring and summer!
Thanks for reading!

Welcome to BF Soonerbills;
What part of the world do you ride in?
Watch out, someone will ask for a photo of your bike.
Smile when you ride.

I live in Houston but only temporarily as I will moving back to my house in NE Oklahoma in a couple of months. I had a way old Puegot 10 but it was kinda finicky so, because I fancy older rides(they were new once kinda like I was) AND because I am not the most well heeled, I have bought another vintage bike to replace it.
This time it is a unknown year (80's?) Miyata 1000 in excellent condition. I have it now at a local shop being re-tired and tuned up. Hope to have it this weekend! I ride in the Cypress area when in Texas and when home I tool around the Claremore Ok. Route 66 area.

Bikes: Nishiki Nut! International, Pro, Olympic 12, Sport mixte, and others too numerous to mention.
Hello soonerbills, I see you already found C & V to ask about your Miyata, and I see one of my cohorts there already suggested that the evil East Hill would be asking about photos
. Yes, we need photos! Your Miyata is an excellent bike, and very desirable.
Welcome to BF!
