Hello from Knoxville!
Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm in Knoxville, TN. I mostly bike around the UT campus/ Downtown and on paths around the city. Anyone else a Knoxviller? If so, what shops do you like around here?

Hi Takabrash, wander over to the regional subforums, and check out your neighbours. I know that there's at least a few folks here from Knoxville.
What kind of bike have you got?

I live in Idaho, but my wife bought a condo near Lovell Road and Pellissippi Parkway. I have a bike stored there. I have been to Cedar Bluff Cyclery and West Bicycles. Both of those are out of your area. I probably feel more at home with West Bicycles, although my bike came from Cedar Bluff.
Welcome to the forum. It can get a little addictive, but is also very helpful when you need to inquire about a proposed route in another city or have a strange mechanical problem or otherwise need advice. Some people are a little full of themselves and cannot give a serious answer to a serious question. Most go out of their way to be helpful. Some solutions offered to problems may have worked for that person, but ought be considered and adapted for yourself. Unless you are already expert at a lot of stuff, you will learn many helpful things here.

The Marlin's a nice bike--you should find it quite a step up from the X mart bikes!
Enjoy
