I'm a first timer!
Hello Everyone~
This is my first forum experience. It's amazing all the information I have found here. It's just like joining a bike club in order to hang out with others that have the same passion as me, except I don't have to get up at 6AM on a Saturday if I don't want to.
I live in northern California and got into road cycling when my mountain bike got stolen four years ago. It was the best thing that could have happened! My husband and I cycle all the time together and are signed up to do the LiveStrong Foundation ride in San Jose. We chose the 70 miler. We've done some 60 miler rides and I love duathlons, but this will be my longest ride ever. I had better gear up, because a century is my goal!
I look forward to meeting everyone. Cheers~

Hi BobbiJo, that's great that you are signed up for the LiveStrong Foundation ride. There will undoubtedly by many other BF members there, so as msincredible suggests, wander over to the NorCal forum and introduce yourself. Meeting other BF members in person is a wonderful way of sharing the joy!
